§ 34-729. Intent.

The following definitions are for words which have special or limited meanings as used in this chapter. In the event a word or term is not defined herein, or in the event of conflict of definitions of words or terms defined herein, the administrative official shall make the final determination on the meaning; such determination shall be made using best available sources that provide common or professionally relied upon definitions.
