§ 9.9. Rights of the City.

The City will be granted all rights powers and privileges afforded to all municipalities and provided under the general laws of the State of Florida subject only to the restrictions placed upon it by this Charter. The city will receive all other municipal revenue sources such as utility taxes including those that the County by right may otherwise retain, such as the franchise fees, and will continue to receive all services that are provided to cities under the countywide budget.
